Positives: Close to restaurants

Negatives: We had no hot water in our shower and sink. We were woke up at 2:30 in the morning by the fire alarm to exit the facility while the fire department checked the hotel. A faulty sprinkler system set off the alarm and we were back in our room 40 minutes later. we weren’t able to sleep as our alarm was set for 4 o’clock to get up for our early flight out. We did complain to the woman at the desk about not having hot water for our shower And she did say that she would compensate us, but we still have not received a final bill. We understand the fire alarm was an unfortunate event, but not having warm to hot water in your hotel room Is a problem that should’ve been addressed.

Negatives: 1. the shuttle from the airport was hard to see. It didn't have the logo upfront. 2. The fire alarm went off at 2am. 3. Still has shampoo and soap in little containers.

Positives: The free transit to and from the airport.The friendly staff. The large rooms with microwave and kettle and fridge.

Negatives: The gym was about five pieces of equipment. The decor was tired in parts. And, as an Englishman, it was sad there was only coffee not tea.
