Location, other customers where load running around yelling and it made you feel a bit unsafe. Taco truck in parking lot all night open, music outside, back door to get in the card reader is hard to reach and didn't work.

The room and bathroom were clean. We love the dove products in the shower. My boyfriend also loved the two different toilet tissue. One soft and one hard. The breakfast was good. I wish they had fruit. Coffee and tea really good. The staff was very nice along with any employee in the building. I liked the pool and hot tub.

The gym equipment and elevator needs to be updated.

They had everything turned on, such as the AC and the refrigerator.
The room was inviting as you walked thru the door.

Bed was OK but my grandson loved the pull out couch.
Negatives:
One of the night ladies after 10pm was very rude to my daughter. We went out after 10 the first night with no problems getting back in without our key card. The next night there we went out again after 10pm. The door was locked so the lady at the front desk decided to be very rude to my daughter and yell at her. Telling her that she needed her key card since it was after 10pm.
Yes my daughter pushed the button for 5 seconds like it said. The day shift ladies were wonderful
Wish there was a better selection for breakfast but wasn't bad. The red sauce in the crocked pot was amazing.
