The hotel was decorated so beautifully. Our hotel room was actually very nice. We liked that everything was nearby.
Negatives:
Your parking fees are crazy expensive. There’s a parking lot around the corner from you that charges $12. I think it’s a rip off to charge your customers that rate and then charge for parking. Your beds are also not very comfortable and your pillows are also not comfortable. Couches and floors head stains on them.

The hot water would take a full 5 minutes to come out of the faucet. The toilet handle did not automatically come back to its “start” position so the water
Would run until we repositioned the handle. The light coming from the valet area made the room super bright all night not letting us sleep deeply. The shower leaks out of the stall onto the floor quite a bit.
