Negatives: More parking

Negatives: Roaches. Bleach smell.

Negatives: There was nothing I could complain about... that always upsets me... Be aware that when the shuttle gets to the airport, it does not drop you off at your airline; the shuttle drops you off at a central point where you'll start by going through TSA. It's a big airport, so give yourself plenty of time to navigate to your gate.

Negatives: No pool/hot tub

Negatives: A bit of garbage around the outside of the property

Negatives: The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and covered in general filth. The vinyl floor was sticky. There was what seemed like spilled and dried varnish on the carpet creating an otherwise unidentifiable crusty circle on the carpet. Perhaps the room was recently painted, so there was paint smudged on the sofa cushions, the table, and the counter. The sofa bed was sticking partly out of the sofa when we arrived. The sofa bed didn’t have any sheets even though we had asked for some when we made the reservation. The breakfast was cold and undercooked. The parking lot was full of trash. Right outside the front entrance was a collection of approximately 30 bikes in various stages of disrepair, none of them useable. Why they were dumped there is a mystery. There was a group of approximately 15 people in the parking lot just loitering, gathered around a car with all the doors and the trunk open, blasting loud music. The parking lot was filled garbage, trash, and general filth. And if that wasn’t enough we found ROACHES IN THE BED! DON’T STAY HERE! IT’S DISGUSTING.

Negatives: Having my reservation cancelled within a week to accomadate another party

Negatives: Unfortunately, I was never able to visit the property because the day of my reservation I received an email that told me that because a party that was already staying at the hotel wanted to stay longer that my reservation was going to be canceled and they were going to accommodate the other party. I had less than 48 hours to try to find a new place to stay and the amenities that I needed such as a hotel shuttle to the airport, were not provided. I was traveling with my five month old baby and this was incredibly inconvenient and honestly very stressful to deal with. I would never recommend staying here and I’m extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated.

Negatives: They say there is a 24 hr shuttle but we didn’t realize it only comes once every hour. When we arrived we would have needed to wait in the cold for 40 minutes to take the shuttle.
