Positives: when we landed at Denver we had an email telling us our reservations had been cancelled . no reason why. I called microtel and they said that we had been booked into their sister hotel . no directions and when we got their they knew nothing about this and we waited an hour to for everything to be sorted out . the restaurant we wanted was now closed very poor service
