The tiny half pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep. Couldn't get comfortable on them all bgo back to full size pillows! The hallways and elevators smelled weird also.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast choices were very limited. The shuttle driver was rude and dropped everyone off at the same spot. My granddaughter and her mom had to walk up two flights and across the airport. The lady that was with her missed her flight due to this.

The water in our toilet would not stop running and it was very loud. We had to turn off the water line to stop the noise, not to mention it wastes a lot of water. The floor in our room was not clean. I did not like the fake wood floor, I prefer carpet.
