I stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience

There was an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall by the bed with a lamp plugged into it. There was a fly in my room, and no one knew what to do about it. Pegs on the wall to hang my clothes

So long to tell . The receptionist needs more customer service training. She either lied or did not know how the pickup service worked. The driver were polite and knew how to help me. She was stern. The nicest adjective I can think of. I needed to stay over on my way out as well , but did not stay there. BTW, I'm also a travel industry employee

Although it was tricky to find, it was very nice & was everything important- clean, comfortable & had a nice breakfast

There was little staffing at the reception desk. Often times, no one was there. The gentleman who checked us in upon arrival was great. But the next morning various guests needed to speak with someone & had to call into a back room repeatedly for someone.

A good place to stay
Positives:
I loved the decor and the modern touches in the hotel. There were many places to relax and hang out in the lobby in the restaurant and there is a cool rooftop bar as well. The rooms were small but it still seemed that there was enough space for everything. The bed was very comfy and it was very clean. Overall a great experience!
