Tay at the front desk is excellent. She should coach colleagues in customer service and professionalism. We stayed here last Friday and the front desk team was so unprofessional. Tay deserves recognition.

Great hotel near the airport
Positives:
Very clean lobby, halls and room. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Well situated near convenience store and many restaurants. Breakfast was quite good.
Negatives:
Check-in was challenging. Everyone at the reception were wearing earbuds and clearly not focused on us, the customers. Needed to repeat information over and over again. Manager should require that employees not have earbuds in if staff are dealing with customers. Staff need to be more professional.

Location to the airport was great and the free hotel shuttle to pick us up was very convenient. Our room was large and well appointed, the kitchen area was excellent and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was usable. Breakfast was also very nice. We chose this hotel as the next day we were picking up an RV from Road Bear and they offered free pick up from the hotel to their depot.
Negatives:
The bath was extremely shallow/low, and was quite difficult for a disabled person and the shower could have been better considering the tiny bath. There was also no restaurant on site for evening meals, you had to visit a handful of local fast food outlets.
