The staff was nice.
Negatives:
The Walls had no sound dampening at all. You could hear EVERYTHING, including doors closing 10 rooms down. The room above when they flushed their toilet or took a shower was louder than your own room. The Beds were uncomfortable. Internet was atrocious unless you paid extra for it, which I didn't do because the free wifi was unusable, and based on my other experiences with this hotel I didn't trust it would be any better.

The location being close to Union Square to walk to the Red Rocks shuttle. Very good breakfast comfortable lounge to relax in. Room was quiet, spacious, desk at window. Paid parking ..garage inside the building easy access to the vehicle.
Negatives:
Pillows.. thank goodness there were 4 for the queen size bed they were all lumpy, squishy.

Room was too hot even at lowest setting. Some system (HVAC, water) was running constantly within the walls. It wasn’t loud but sounded like a running toilet, which was grating.
