I didn't realize they were going to put an additional $150 hold on my card. I was short after already paying $140+ to rent the room. I wasn't able to stay after all. It was really stressful. They said I would be issued a refund, but I haven't received it yet.

Well located if you dont need to be in downtown. Close to some nice restaurants, even by walk. Room size is great. Bed is comfortable. Easy parking.

Booked a second night before I arrived. The next day I came back to my room and my bed was stripped, blankets on the table. All my things gone. Including the meal I ordered the night before, my drinks and my medication I was storing in the refrigerator. My pillows from home were gone…

My first night the toilet wasn’t working and after being exhausted from the road trip I could see it was the toilet float that needed to be replaced. I had zero energy to change rooms. They said someone would fix it in the morning. Also no water was coming out of the sink and was promised that would get fixed. Once I came back to my room and all my things were missing. The toilet was fixed but the sink still wasn’t fixed. Ugh
