Positives: Great location on the heart of downtown. VERY spacious room, clean and comfortable with nice facilities (exercise room). Breakfast was at a restaurant downstairs with choice of buffet (one of the better ones we've had) or a meal up to $25 value each.

Negatives: The staff weren't able to tell us where breakfast was going to be and didn't give us our vouchers when we checked in. Just told us to come downstairs and try to look around in the morning. When we finally found the restaurant (can't remember the name but it's directly to the right of the registration desk), we had to go back ans ask for the vouchers. Also, parking was not included and would have been approx $30 per night and the staff didn't even know where it was located. We ended up using Spothero to find a lot at $6-8 per night and about 5' walking distance. Not sure if the staff were new and just learning but we feel like our questions were pretty basic and should be something they should know before helping guests. At least, they were friendly.

Negatives: We booked this for a family business trip mainly because they have a rooftop pool which I confirmed with their customer service: it's always open unless there is a snow or extreme cold temps. We were there for the week where temps reached 58deg ....both days pool was closed! The whole facility is mixed new with old building so you have to take the whole maze up and down the elevator to get to the tunnel then to next building and another elevator to get to a suite... exhausting.
