I loved the airport shuttle, it came in so handy. I ended up in Denver overnight after having missed my flight home due to a delay on my first leg of the trip. I was only on the premises for about 5 hours, but the night manager was so helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Arriving after 1AM, the clerk was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom pristine. I like that they have a hot breakfast.
Negatives:
The window needs to be kept shut or you’ll hear traffic and nesting birds. All night. Why are they up all night by the window? The lobby smelled like old wet shoes and woke areas were pretty worn.

Nice reasonable place to stop...
Positives:
The hotel seems freshly built, which is nice. The facilities in the room are amazing and the room is pretty spacious. There's also complimentary breakfast available. The hotel is quite far from the Denver airport but the shuttles are reliable even in the middle of the night when we arrived.
Negatives:
A transfer to the nearest public station would be nice. We just had to walk for about 20 minutes which isn't too bad either. The lack of water fountains on the floors was also unusual, but the tap water in Colorado is high quality :-)

I pre purchased the room 2 months in advance, they charged my credit card. When I arrived at 11 pm after all day on the road I was told that there was no room available as they sold my room to some group of people. I was told they moved my reservation to their “sister hotel” but when called the other hotel they had no reservation in my name. It was a total mess at the hotel. Lots of people shouting and smoking, police and security on site. I ended up finding another hotel and disputed the charge for the room through Booking.com as there was noone at the hotel to talk to. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room & bathroom were VERY clean
Negatives:
1) Airport shuttle was pretty bad. The hotel recording says the shuttle comes every hour at 25 minutes after the hour. We waited outside in the cold from 9:35pm until 11:10pm. We called the hotel at 10:40pm asking about the shuttle. Desk worker said driver came by at 10pm. 100% false. Diver knew people were waiting, still didn't come until 11:10.
2) Elevator was out of order so we had to haul 4 people's ski gear up 4 flights of stairs & back down the next day.
3) Property is leased by the City of Denver as a refugee encampment. Didn't affect our sleep, but breakfast was mayhem.

This hotel is now used for bus loads of migrants. Three were 100's of people around, and I did not feel comfortable and went someplace else. These huge groups of homeless people have nothing to do but roam around.
