A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

I liked that it was close to everything I needed. It is within walking distance of food, entertainment, and shopping. It is block away from the convention center, which made for a perfect location for my stay.

Great location for a short break away. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the aesthetics of the public area. The beds were made every day, which was excellent.
Negatives:
I didn't feel like the staffs customer experience or communication were a priority. The room behind the bed was dusty and had cotton buds. The pool was closed as it was seasonal

I loved the location and how much parking there was around the hotel and the mall was so close. The staff was very nice and inviting.

Negatives:
The property was overbooked and I booked 2 beds and when I got there I was given a king with a roll away. Not ideal but they did give a discount. The young lady at the counter was very rude and after a day of traveling I knew that there was no point in me arguing. The next morning I did speak to a supervisor and explained the situation. I also understood that they were extremely busy and checking in many people but I never raised my voice or anything I just said that having 1 king bed is unacceptable for the sharing situation of the room. They did offer a roll away at that point and we accepted that. Not everyone staying in a room is comfortable sleeping in the same bed hence 2 bed bookings.
