Room was super clean and spacious. Hotel was in a very nice area for the price as and the bed was very comfortable! Water im the shower was warm. I recommend staying here!!

It was very close to everything and made walking around the city easy.
Negatives:
Only 2 elevators out of 4 were working, it took forever to get to the room or back down to the lobby.

First of all how is that the bathroom lights kept going on and off which I had to keep calling the front desk and complaining about. Second of all how is that there was only one working elevator considering they had four which caused issues when wanting to leave the hotel because they would be packed and would have no choice but to wait. The stairway doors were locked so I couldn't even walk down the stairs. The front desk people didn't even know what to really say because everyone was complaining. It was ridiculous and yet they are charging an extra $250 security fee in case of any damages to the rooms, um how about having working elevators and proper electricity. They got a lot of nerve. There website is very deceiving because the site makes it seem like it's the Hilton when it's more like the HELLTON don't be fooled like I was. The ice machine on my floor was not working and front desk said go to one of the upper floors and of course to do that requires waiting for the one elevator. Front desk was useless after a while. That hotel needs to be shutdown because it's GARBAGE and that's me using a nice word instead of what I really want to say. I can really care less how they feel about my review because they know its true!!
