Positives: Front desk was great. Shuttle service was great.
Negatives: Horrible internet and I had no service (which obviously is not the hotels fault) but in order to do anything on my phone or laptop I had to go to the lobby it was frustrating. Also there was a long dark hair in my bedÂ' I have blonde hair.

Positives: Good location, safe area, no issues with any panhandlers no long term residents. No homeless wandering.
Negatives: The room was very dirty. For a Marriott as pricey as they are, it was disappointing. Pull out bed had dirt and debris on the mattress, bed sheets had blood stains that hadn't been caught by laundry, the screen to the window had a large hole.

Positives: Low price but not worth of the bad experience we went thru.
Negatives: Took more than 30Â' to get on the airport shuttle to get hotel. Took an additional 15Â' to get to the hotel. Overcrowded shuttle ( shuttle was for all Marriot hotels around) so our party of 5 had to split to two groups. Found food in sofa. Very dirty

Positives: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Covid 19 restrictions with not getting room cleaned and having to ask for everything. I know it is totally not their fault and understand that for now it is just the way it is.
