Positives:
Breakfast was okay. Definitely have to get there early to get food, they run out fast. Seems like they were short staffed although the staff that were there were pleasant and helpful. Loved the location right across the street from shopping and convenient to the zoo and museum, not too far away from downtown but definitely need a car.
Negatives:
Food could have been better. Saw great views about the breakfast, I did not find the same quality. Had to ask for more towels and difficult to find staff, sometimes the keys didn't work to open the door to get into the hotel and no staff around to open the door.

A convenient hotel for a 1-night stay on the way to the Rockies. A very pleasant and efficient check-in experience despite a very late check-in. A very reasonable breakfast.

Positives:
The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They moved us to a bigger room to accommodate us and even baked a pizza for our daughter. There was plenty of parking and the room was clean, especially the bathrooms.
Negatives:
The room did not get fully cleaned the last two nights and the carpets needed a good cleaning.

Positives:
We were in denver for the state wrestling tournament. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. , it was awesome. We arrived to late to use the pool but did go down to see it the next morning. Facilities were nice and kept clean . In the northfield area so alot of different restaurants to go eat at. Easy to find, parking on site. The little store next to the registration desk had great items if you don't want to get dressed to go out. Equivalent to convenience store prices. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed one night so overall there wasn't anything I disliked.

We needed to change our stay from 2 nights to just one. We tried changing the dates in the booking app and we couldn’t modify the reservation. So I called the hotel and let them know. They said I could change it at check in since I would only be charged 1 night if I didn’t show. But at check in the clerk would not change it and made me pay for both nights. Even though I only stayed 1 night.

Excellent location comfortable stay.
Positives:
The breakfast was amazing, loved the size of the room, the kitchen area, and the soft pillows. Perfect location, not too busy, traffic is light, and there are so many close restaurants, the shopping mall, and activities.
Negatives:
The only thing missing was a hot tub! The bathroom doors could have a lock, a closet preferably outside of the bathroom, and a smart TV to watch Netflix would have been ideal.
