Positives: the staff was super friendly. i was staying there for my birthday & i came back one day to a surprise left from the staff. they gifted me $3 complimentary pantry bucks, a piece of cake & a card signed by the staff. Ive never had a hotel do that for me!
Negatives: not necessarily, the only thing i thought was odd (not sure if it was because of covid or not) i stayed there 6 nights and not once did housekeeping come. i didn't mind that much but i did have a lot of trash

Positives: Its very clean and the rooms are awesome..kick back relax or go shopping at the mall..agreat time..we will difently come back..the staff was awesome.
Negatives: We couldnt stay longer....
