upon arrival, I was curtly informed to choose between a fee of $27 to park in their limited lot right outside the entranceway or I could park at an uncovered public lot across the street for $35/night. I stayed in a suite and could hear neighbors yelling.

Beautiful hotel, the room was very spacious, clean and was like an apartment, it had a living room area, kitchen a NICE bathroom and the bedroom was in a different room which was good size, had a nice TV and the bed was super comfy. Nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator with ice maker. We had a nice view too. Definitely a wonderful place.
Negatives:
Parking is awful, they advertise private parking and a fee of $35 but those spaces are right in front of it and only has maybe 10 spots available and the rest of parking is clear across the street and a little walk to hotel so Parking is not good at all.

BREAKFAST - it was fantastic! Great variety of yummy food, cooked to kept at perfect temperatures. The buffet area was laid out well, very clean, and ample room to sit throughout the lobby. The staff was very hardworking and friendly.
