They agreed to change my room.
Negatives:
One word: cockroaches. I spotted four in the bathroom. I collected three and took them to the front desk. The clerk said that all he could do was move me to another room.
The next morning I requested a refund for the second night. The older woman agreed and gave me a receipt for one night's payment. So far, my charge card is showing a charge for two nights, so this is unresolved.

10/10 will NOT stay again.

No wi-fi available. Called front desk. She said to wait a bit, it goes in and out. Called back a few hours later, still not able to use tv (needed wifi) or personal devices. Asked for refund so we could check out. Said we stayed over the 30 minute window to do so. Explained the clerk said we needed to wait, didn't matter. Finished our stay without being able to use any personal devices, or the tv.

When the 9 o'clock time to finish the breakfast came, the staff turned off the lights and closed everything down. Customers who are on vacation and visiting family and friends don't want to be rushed. 10 o'clock would be much more convenient and friendly.
