Negatives: Everything from checkin - wrong room, rude staff, 50 parking, no 24hr room service (although it was advertised 34hr availability), over sold kings so we had to take a queen. It was very hard and uncomfortable. One robe - not 2. It felt cheap.

Positives: Overall history and architecture. The bathrooms and showers were decent with classic black and white color pattern, marble tile, double sinks, and double shower heads.

Negatives: It was freezing heat would only go to 73 and it was below zero outside and was very drafty. Room service sucked took 3 hours to get what ever we ordered even for just a pot of coffee. Nobody there was friendly just walked by you like you werenÂ't there.
