Positives: Lovely hotel with all the amenities, kind staff and a location with EVERYTHING you want/need! We loved taking the train in from the airport and landing right in our hotel! We loved using Union Station as our "living room" in the morning for coffee and in the evening for wine. Loved the easy, walkable location downtown close to shops/restaurants. It was just perfect!

Positives: A couple things: The property, area was wonderful. The bed and tv was great. tv easy to use. bed super comfy.

Negatives: The closet was kind of beat up. The nespresso machine did not work well. It probably needs to be cleaned. i have one at home and that seems what might be wrong. Also the capsulas are not the real nespresso ones and they just aren't as good. they don't yield enough strong coffee. The room should have larger coffee cups. espresso cups aren't sufficient. Mini bar should be stocked and not empty. the doors to the closet unit didn't close all the way.
