Positives:
A lot of the staff speak no English at all, they dont even understand Thanks have a good day..They also seem undertrained.Housekeeping put lotion not conditioner in the shower, the person they sent to swap them out couldnt figure out how to do it.
Negatives:
Service at restaurant was so-so. I ordered toast with breakfast they didnt bring butter, jam, pb. Had to specifically ask for things restaurants usually just provide. Bench in the gym was torn/stuffing coming out 1st night, they replaced it by night 2

The themed floors were fun and the overall decor made the hotel stand out. The hotel was in a great location. We of course love the warm cookies.
