Negatives:
The 7 day business hold of $100 per day per stay for incidentals. Seems odd the hotel holds your money for that long. Would like to understand why if no charges have been made.

Positives:
The location is great and the lobby very impressive and stylish, with lots of seating, a coffee shop and several food options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The room itself was fine but nothing special. The lighting wasn't great and the view was just an internal view of other hotel rooms. The room rate was fairly high in the first place, in my view, but then there is an additional $27 (+ taxes) for an "amenity fee", which includes a few benefits such as a free drink, a free coffee and some discounts/offers, but is not worth the price. (Especially if you arrive after 7pm, as I did, and don't get the free drink anyway!)

Frame around bed totally non-functional. Could not sit on edge of bed due to the frame. Bars and food closed early due to holiday. Poor planning to not keep them staffed.

Beautiful updated property in a perfect location - especially for folks traveling both for fun and a conference. Within walking distance to conference center and cool restaurants/shops in RiNo. Has the attached milk market with cute little shops, plenty of food options, as well as lots of little bars.
We stayed in the room with a wrap around balcony which was awesome! Nice view of coors stadium, mountains. Highly recommend that room if you do stay. Was quiet and restful at night.
Staff were also great! Very responsive via text which is a feature I love at some of these boutique hotels. Went out of their way to check in and make sure we had a great stay. Very appreciative of all their hard work!
