Positives: Getting in and out of the parking garage was simple. This location was right next to the venue we were going to. Breakfast was great and the room came with a $25 voucher (which was also charged to my account as a resort fee)

Negatives: Its expensive, sanitizer stations were empty around the hotel. The pool closes too early no hot tub. breakfast voucher needed to be charged to my room b4 being reimbursed...? Parking attendant said we should pay for valet but it was only $8 if self park

Positives: I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate my lifted vehicle, in which they said they could. Once I got there they could not and sent me to a parking garage 3 blocks away that did not work either. I had to book at another hotel that night who helped me and I missed my dinner reservation dealing with the Westin.

Negatives: They should have provided me the correct information when I called to verify if they had a place for a lifted truck.

Positives: I liked the attentiveness of the staff. They were extremely professional and always polite. The location was awesome with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed gave me the best sleep, just like home.

Positives: Clean

Negatives: This did not feel like a 4.5 star hotel experience. The staff was not knowledgeable about the area (recommended the Cheesecake Factory for dinner) and the details were not up to par ( room service arrived in a paper bag full of disposable serveware).
