The location was great as we were at the ball arena for an event. The size and accessibility in the rooms is great!
Negatives:
The pullout sofa in room 409 was gross. Lots of stains on the mattress which is expected but the outer cushions also had stains, some of which could have 100% been washed off before letting someone else in the room.

Close to the Denver Health Hospital, easy to walk to.
Negatives:
It was dirty, the sheets/ comforter, kitchen.
Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was better than I expected based on the reviews posted on other travel sites.
Negatives:
There was a LOT of cigarette and pot smoke that came in under the door from the hallway and the room next door. Staff said they would address it but it persisted all night. Also this motel is literally next door to a hospital so be prepared.

The parking was great. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet given the location at the intersection of three very busy streets.
Negatives:
Accessing the entrance is confusing given the property is off three extremely busy one way streets. I found an alley and used it to get there. The room was “deodorized” with an extremely overwhelming scent. I opened windows (December) to minimize it. I came home and all my clothes had to be washed. Maybe a smoker had been in the room and the staff was trying to hide the odor? ALSO BEWARE THE PET FEE IS $100!
