This hotel sits in a normal hotel lot on the edge of the suburbs (not in a city), yet they secretly charged me a $10 a night "parking fee". They didn't even ask me if I had a vehicle to know that I even had a car. No sign alerted to this.

Bed was hard. Pillows were terrible they way they were filled with feathers but flat. My head went flat to the bed. Lead to the worst night sleep. Please update your sleeping materials. Will not atay here again, I paid for a good night rest and let down.

Convenient location with easy access to the highway and outlets, not far from and cheaper than Breckenridge, clean and functional, friendly and helpful staff
Negatives:
Couldnt connect to the Wi-Fi at all despite 30 minutes trying, parking was kind of confusing because the overflow lot isnt marked, a bit of a walk to the nearest door with no ramp which might be difficult to navigate with luggage or mobility issues, breakfast had few options

Positives:
This was a great location for us as we were attending a concert at The Dillon Amphitheater. Just a short 1 mile walk to our destination. The rooms were spacious enough and the breakfast area was comfortable.
Negatives:
The accommodations were nice and they had been renovated to a certain extent. However, it is an older hotel and had plenty of evidence of it, including a very noisy heat and air system. I don't mind staying in an older hotel. However, the over $300 price tag for it was way too high considering its condition. I expect something pretty pristine for the price.

It was clean and the receptionist was very nice and its located in a great place.

Needs a glass for cleaning teeth. Bed was a little too small but planning to choose bigger next time.
