Great stay!
Positives:
Breakfast was not good, only thing that was good was waffles and the juice bar. Our room was not clean, carpet had stains and looked gross. The place needs a little more attention. Could not see the TV in the breakfast room, they always said they could not find the remote but they knew where it was, just did not want to give it. Same thing happened the year before.

Better cleaning in the room and better breakfast for sure.

Positives:
Very comfortable bed and room. So glad they were able to give us a 1st floor room by the door. Getting our senior dog outside quickly is very important to us. Breakfast was fine if you got there early enough. Would definitely stay there again

They had a room great for breakfast and gathering in evening
Negatives:
We stayed in three rooms. They all smelled like feet. One had snot on the wall and the hair dryer didn’t work. There was noise all night from a room down the hall. The workers working that night could not do anything and said Gm would be in in the morning. The next morning we addressed the GM and she was hateful and unprofessional. Refused any solutions for us.

The manager was very helpful and apologized for the issues. The morning guy was personalable. The beds are comfortable. Amazing pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
Trash found in the closet. Noise from upstairs neighbors. They don't keep up with the ice in the parking lot. Very icy to walk.
