This hotel has an added resort fee and a $10 parking fee. It was definitely not worth the price paid. The walls are thin and AC has no option to keep the fan on always. Also, to have power in the room you have to put one of your keys in the slot.

The building materials for the rooms were so cheap. The furniture looked like a Big Lots supplied the cardboard furniture.
The room was not insulated well. Our bed was in a corner and the TV was on the middle of the wall.

The floors were so dirty it turned our feet black. Literally just being in this hotel for an hour, our 5 year old's feet were completely black by how dirty these floors were. Also we stayed for 2 nights and I understand maid service isn't automatic until you stay 3 nights but we were told we could request more coffee, trash service and clean towels. I went down to the front desk and asked for these things but they were never brought up. Also we paid for the breakfast but a lot of it was completely inedible. I mean, it's gross hotel buffet food but at least most places it's free. To PAY for gross hotel buffet food was ridiculous. We will not be staying here again next time we're in Durango.
