Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and it was super quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was separate from the “living room”, which was really nice when one of us wanted to sleep while the other was awake. The AC was great. Even better was the $5 made-to-order omelets! Charity makes the best omelets I’ve ever had!
Negatives:
It’s on a busy road, but still a short-ish walk into the downtown area. It would have been nice to have been located on the other side of the river.
