The initial room I was assigned was being renovated. The shower had a light hanging with electrical wires exposed and a paint cloth covering the floor. Moved to another room. Loud, sketchy guests in other rooms, making me feel unsafe.

The room was ok but everything else was horrible. It seemed that families of the staff were staying there. Older kids were babysitting younger ones. It seemed that parents were partying. There were people in the parking lot loud at all times. Terrible

They were working on the hotel so I understand some of the problems. But everything was dirty. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were filthy. The room was ok but once you stepped outside the room you could smell cigarette smoke, people loud.

Where should I start? Can I send you pictures? The rating should be dropping by at least 1.5 stars. Dirty, clogged drain in bathroom sink. Shower curtain rod is falling off. Did I say room is Dirty? Ive got pictures if you like.

The lady we spoke to at the front desk was awesome. Everything was very bad.

The whole hotel smelled like cat pee. Even on the fourth floor. We didn't feel safe staying there, so we found somewhere else to go. The floors are grossly stained and there was hair in our bed. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My room smelled weird and the Wi-Fi was so weak that sometimes it just wouldnt work. There was construction going on when I stayed there and as a result, there was no breakfast, not even coffee. This wouldve been good to know before I decided to stay.

Did not like anything. I will strongly recommend anybody to avoid staying there.

Everything! Dirtiest hotel room ever!!! Hotel is under remodeling and I would understand the carpet to be not very clean because of all the dirt from the remodeling, however the room was not cleaned at all. It looked like they just did the beds.

The clerk at the desk is what made the place. I wish I remembered her name.
The location is convenient to I25 access.

First off I would like to say Ive stayed at this location a few times before it changed owners. I will not be staying again.
I didnt have a top sheet on my bed just a blanket. I took the bedding off as so they would notice and also told staff and when I returned it still didnt have a top sheet. I had to ask for a sheet and made the bed myself. There was only 1 decaf coffee available. No hair dryer or wash clothes. I went to front desk more times than needed throughout my stay.
