The room had a ton of issues. Beat-up carpet and furniture, broken TV, bathroom sink and shower drain-age issues, broken chair, missing trash can, and the internet didn't work. Breakfast was way below average for a Hyatt House

The staff was pleasant and helpful and seemed to take more pride in the hotel than whoever is in charge of maintenance and upkeep.
Negatives:
This was easily the most rundown hotel I've stayed in over at least the last 10 years. Common areas and rooms were worn out from carpet to laminate flooring to missing grout in the shower. Generally dirty room. Can't believe Hyatt allows its name here.

the fact that while working on our car our friend who came over to help and my partner were arrested over some bs because a car was stolen in the area it wasnt even the same kind!! they were both arrested and that threw off the whole trip and havent gotten a refund or anything!! then the cashier/conceirge i spoke with made no note of the incident

The location was great, staff was friendly & helpful. Facility was a little on the older side and could use some upgrades as time goes on but overall we we comfortable and it was clean.

Positives:
Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with dishes/cookware/utensils/tools. Dishwasher was a nice surprise.
Negatives:
Breakfast was pretty basic, but fine. The location is not ideal if you don't have a car, but it's not terribly far from the light rail and buses are available. Despite what the listing says, there is not a bar on site.
