No free breakfast fast and fire place turn time 5 pm so that I asked them in morning she said we can’t turn it on it was cold and wildy also freezen but she refused to turn on.

Pool was fun for the kids. It was a very busy time and I felt they were understaffed. One front desk member was very kind and offered us pool access since our room was not ready upon check in (we had two other sets of friends also staying with multiple rooms that had already checked in). Then when we actually got checked in the gentleman who checked us into our room was extremely upset about us being able to utilize the facilities even though we were guests staying there. We have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always been pleased. Overall we had a nice experience and will stay again. I just hope they are better prepared for a busy weekend next time.

The location was great. The room was nice.
Negatives:
There needs to be adult hours for the amenities. We weren't able to do anything that was available because it was overrun by kids there for an event in town. We should have been given notice and a discount. I chose this hotel for those specific things and then wasn't able to use them. Therefore, I paid a lot of money for a bed.

Breakfast is terrible. Poor choices and poor quality. The chocolate pancakes were very mushy and you couldn’t even serve yourself one pancake without getting so many crumbs.
Also, the AC/heat system in the rooms is terrible. In my room, the system was on constantly, making a very loud noise and my child had difficulty sleeping because it was so loud.
