Negatives:
The fact that the facility is under construction was not disclosed prior to booking. I was mistakenly charged an extra hundred dollars after having to book a second room upon arrival because the rooms were so small. I asked for a room with a kitchen and did not receive that. The satellite tv did not work in one of the rooms the entire day and a half. There was no free breakfast. And construction equipment everywhere. Nothing offered to remedy any of these things and still waiting on my refund

The availability of a pool and hot tub was nice. Albeit, they were both very old. The furniture in the pool area was really nice!
The location was great. They are doing Reno’s to the lobbby and it’s going to look spectacular.

The rooms were dark. Literally. The lighting was not great. The bathroom was really small
I got a call after booking that we were being upgraded to a two bedroom suite but when I got there that conversation never existed. That was really disappointing.
