Negatives:
Location
Review
Good location , clean but...
Negatives:
Parking was deplorable. No lighting on walkway. Had to checkin elsewhere. The rooms were nowhere near worth 200.00 per night. Paint peeling, caulking everywhere as the fix.. They should have been allot less for what we got.

Terrible
Positives:
The location was the only thing good here!!
Negatives:
The property reeked of cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, and old funk. There were unidentifiable stains up on the carpet and the walls and the headboard of the bed.

Bad
Positives:
nothing
Negatives:
no hot water for showers, the curtains did not hang on the rods, dirty, no kleenex, the door had a gap at the bottom and our feet were cold for the cold air coming through it, had to find our hotel and then find a different hotel to check in,
Positives:
Privacy, beds were great.
Negatives:
No staff on site, obvious holes in floor which were carpeted over, expensive as hell.

Passable
Positives:
The room is big with plenty of space ! The beds are really comfortable and the location is pretty close to the center of Estes park.
Negatives:
There are no services at all, no coffee or hot water in a common area and no fridge in the room. The air dryer they gave us was terrible, when we turned it on it started smelling as burnt. We ended up never using it.

Good place to stay
Positives:
The beds were exceptionally comfortable, great linens; Pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels were great.
Negatives:
The hotel failed to notify us that construction was ongoing; the daily noise was unacceptable. Painters were loud and yelling across the grounds all day long; the beep of the man lift and the noise from the air compressor went all day long as well. My friend and I were there to do landscape photography; we get up before sunrise and out late for sunset but we sleep during the day for several hours. The noise didn't allow much peace and quiet during the day; much less rest or sleep. When we complained to the management, they were in different and didn't even apologize for the noise. Based on their response, management willfully deceived hotel guests with the conditions of the hotel during their renovations.

Review
awful
Positives:
friendly staff member at other check-in hotel; wide screen tv with local channel; mini fridge; low cost to stay overnight; relatively quiet once the workers left
Negatives:
under construction - check-in was at 4:00 at a hotel a few miles away; windows were covered in plastic sheeting; workers were scraping the outside wall of my room until sundown around 6:30; hotel sign was not lit at night; small toilet; bolt on the room's door didn't lock...I ended up with a chair propped under the door handle for peace of mind while I slept
