The pool and surrounding decor is very cool.
Negatives:
The place was very humid. The ventilation system really needs to be upgraded badly. Even with the AC it was pretty warm. There's also a musty smell. Not as bad as before but still there. My family and I stayed months ago and we couldn't sleep. We were freaked out by the smell and worried there could be bugs. We only spent one night then. We only went back because we didn't have much choice. We have spent over $15,000 in choice hotels since March 24th. We would rather of paid rent but that wasn't in the cards.
There wasn't a normal breakfast included. They're making renovations but not very well. It could be a very good hotel if they hired capable people to do the work.

The bathroom was creepy with flaking paint and holes in the walls and ceiling’s
The asphalt all over the parking lot has holes and was in poor condition
To be fair it appears the hotel was being remodeled so maybe my bathroom hasn’t been upgraded

Got there at 7 PM. Was given room 233, was not told it was a balcony entrance. When I FINALLY found the room, walked in and it was a DISASTER. Housekeeping hadn't been in there, there was absolutely no way the room was ready. I was moved into room 269 and first impression, the room was a lot better. It wasn't until later I discovered a half gallon of chocolate milk in the mini fridge that had been there for god knows how long, it was separated. Went to use the shower this morning and there was no water to the shower, had water to the toilet and sinks but nothing to the shower. I was told that 269 was newly renovated. The shower was my last straw.

Positives:
The location was good. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t very clean. Floors were dirty throughout and under the beds were dirty. Only reason I knew was because my son pushed his toy trucks under them and I saw a hair tie and chapstick under them. Socks were dirty from the floors.

My room smelled like a dogs kennel or an old shoe or both the carpet was old and had burn marks like a drug addict lived there the bad was hard as a rock and both chairs were broken and crusty like they got them out of the garbage. The pool was not heated.I did have the crackheads wandering around the building and my window to keep me company. The breakfast was pathetic a couple stale bagels and some old looking cereal towers and some bad coffee I was a shareholder in this company I sold my shares as soon as I got home if this is acceptable to Wyndham as a hotel I will not support it absolutely disgusting

The no deposit and cheap pet fee.

Room smelled like cigarettes/cigars really bad and I’m not a smoker so the smell was very overwhelming. Not to mention the cigarette burns in the beds I took pictures just in case. it was also a non smoking room. Didn’t even shower because the bathtub needs refinishing. I also had a room 134 booked originally but someone was already in that room it was filthy food and snacks laying everywhere so they got me a new room. Furniture was filthy with. Thick coat of gunk and just old. It looked like someone had lived there long term and smoked in the room non stop. Sheets looked like they weren’t changed prior to me entering. If I wasn’t so tired that day I probably would’ve asked for a refund
