The room was extremely quiet, we didnt hear anyone in the hallways or in adjoining rooms. The room was clean and well appointed. The continental breakfast was as expected, but was just what we needed. Hotel is at a hood location was great!

It was a convenient location, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was just what we needed.I loved the coffee in the lobby.

My only problem was the bathtub was slippery and I was concerned about either myself or my husband falling.

It was clean and the hot tub was working and pool was really a heated pool and felt amazing Zach was very nice and helpful.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and off busy streets. It was clean and staff was very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Breakfast was well done and had eggs, bacon, waffles, along with a variety of cold options. The lady who was stocking the breakfast items was super nice and attentive.

As I mentioned, I enjoyed the breakfast. My wife is gluten intolerant. More gluten free options would be great.

My stay was enjoyable.

Location is easy access from freeway and fairly close easy access to University.
Negatives:
Staff was very condescending. Upon check in after 9PM, the night attendant was not able to check us in. She had to call the manager who did not answer her phone. The attendant then had to go physically look for the manager out in the parking lot and still could not locate her. She finally saw the manager walking by and was then able to get her assistance. But then the phone rang and instead of assisting us, who had already been waiting, the manager answered the phone and proceeded to assist the caller with a new booking. Meanwhile the attendant just stood there saying she was "in training" so she was not able to do our check in or assist the caller with the booking so that the manager could process our check in. When I commented, the manager's response was "there's only one of me...thank you for your patience...." in a very sarcastic/condescending tone. In addition, the hotel is way over priced, $700.00 for 2 nights!
