I made reservations through booking.com then my company changed their plans. I attempted to cancel but was told that the room was non-refundable. Sometime later I made plans to be in Fort Collins over the exact same dates that the original reservation had been made. Since no refund had been issued I called the hotel to confirm that I still had a reservation. They indicated that I did not so I proceeded to make a second reservation that was also billed. About arriving at the hotel the front desk confirmed that I actually had two reservations for me a single traveler and that no refunds could be issued. I will not use booking.com again nor will I stay at any property that uses this service.
