Positives: Great location

Negatives: I 80 was closed and we had to find a place to stop. This place worked out great. We had a friendly reception and a fun restaurant/bar with Happy Hour across the parking lot. Not a very fancy place but great for a night and good value for a last minute reservation.

Positives: The staff at the registration desk was wonderful. We enjoyed the cookies available on arrival and the breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Negatives: The only concern we had was the side door that we used did not latch so was not secure.

Positives: Nice property BUT I was charged twice. Hotel blamed it on booking.com. Maybe true. This is second time I’ve had problems with overcharges that hotel blamed on booking. I am now going to book directly with hotel. So far out $275 due to booking snafu.
