Clean nice place. Location perfect for walking, right on the main street for eating and shopping. The bed and pillows was very comfortable in the room we stayed and we do not say that ever! Cannot comment on breakfast since we had to leave early. Definitely would stay here again.

The location is perfect it is located right on Main Street in downtown Winter Park, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, a close 15 min drive to the ski resort, close to trails and hiking…..all at a great price! The hotel is dated but clean, the beds were really comfortable, I got a welcome note before arrival asking if I needed any thing extra during my stay, I was 6 weeks recovered from a major surgery and needed extra pillows to keep me at a 45 degree position, we arrived around 11 pm after hours of air delays I was thrilled that I had a very comfortable bed and all the other extra pillows waiting for me! I appreciated the extra care more than you could imagine. Also they have a beverage bar open 24 hrs with the best hot chocolate & juices etc to enjoy , It was great to have a hot drink after being in very cold weather.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very disappointing, poorly stocked with the main hot food items, the 3 of us were the only ones dining, they had 2 pieces of bread and only one pastry, it took a long time for it to be restocked. They mentioned on checkin they had their famous green chili for breakfast, the chili was mostly watered down tomatoes & onions, no meat and no green chilies but worst part was the tortillas were ice cold and no microwave to warm them up. The next day they had really good white gravy but again only 1 very cold biscuit and 1 pastry even though there were only 3 people, the wait took a long time to get restocked but also came out refrigerator cold .
