Positives:
Great location plenty of family activities. Very comfortable lodge, great pool and hot tub
Negatives:
It was a great property to start at. Very minor, but would have been nice to have a few more towel hooks/rods on our room for six. We didn’t have a place to hang wet suits and towels. There’s room to put them on the walls so could help big families

We had a great stay at this hotel!
Positives:
They had a pool and jacuzzi which were clean and secure. They also had padel courts and bikes that were free (e-bikes were $50 for the day). Nice overall. Coffee was good.
Negatives:
The bathroom needed updating, worn out. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Nice overall, could stay again if we returned someday.
Positives:
Free bicycle rental!
Negatives:
The shower flodded water on the floor. We had to use many towels to clean up the mess every time taking shower. Need to fix the issue. The room was large but dark.

Breakfast was quite good, especially liked the breakfast burrito option

good option in Glennwood Springs
Positives:
Friendly staff, location, comfortable bed, pretty grounds, good free breakfast
Negatives:
Old smoke smell in a non smoking room, room service was once every three days. This would have been done had I been told. It’s an old hotel that has been updated and therefore is as good as it’s going to get without rebuilding

Positives:
The hotel is set on 5 acres next to the mountain. There are swings and a really nice pool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good.

Positives:
We were on the run and enjoyed the breakfast being hot and ready. The staff was on every single detail.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I’m getting old and have a little more trouble getting up the hills and rocks to the fire pits.

Good
Positives:
We liked the generous size of the room.
Negatives:
The housekeeping was not existent for our 3 nights stay. After the second night we had to ask for towels and toilet paper and we emptied the trash by ourselves. The lighting was very poor. The breakfast was mediocre.

Positives:
The views were beautiful
Negatives:
The dirty sheets that hadn’t been changed from the people prior to us, the trash that was drugged in front of our door with coffee and crap spewing all over the sidewalk and we had to walk on that for three days. It was never cleaned up.
Review
Positives:
The room was spacious including the bathroom and shower! I love the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the shower. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Wished room lighting was brighter and make sure to bring your own pillows. These pillows are super flat.

We were pleased with everything especially the complimentary breakfast!
Positives:
Great setting
Negatives:
Poor management of noise. The pool was to close t 10p but we were forced to listen to very loud children at the pool across from our room until 11p.
