Location was great. Loved the breakfast layout.
Room was promised by 4pm (most hotels offer check-in at 3) but not ready until 440. Had to wait with road weary kiddos without any real apology.
Pool was too hot.
We had a reservation for 2 queen beds but were pleasantly surprised to have a king and queen suite. Our kids had their own room, which they appreciated and we all appreciated the double sink vanity! We would stay at this hotel again!
With the pandemic, new protocols were in place for receiving clean towels. It was not communicated verbally so we missed getting clean towels on our second day - we did find housekeeping on our own and were taken care of.
Beautiful grounds. Nice new modern room. Big breakfast in the morning.
When we checked in the older lady at the front desk made us feel like we weren't quite good enough to stay there. After her shift was over everyone else was really nice.
Clean and nice outdoor areas around hotel
All is good!
Worst staff very bad experience
The out door space was nice.
Was there 3 days and had to get towels empty trash. No one ever showed up to do anything. We got what we needed off of her cart.
Clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
Room is a little dark. CouldnÂ't really find anything wrong.
Cleanliness and location.
Hot water & pressure in shower.
1-IÂ've never heard an A/C so loud and in inefficient in any hotel room IÂ'm over 40 yrs. 2-Walls separating units are paper thin, shouldnÂ't here your Nehibor flatulence. 3-If a room is not accessible than why is there a 4Â' tile ramp into bat
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. There was plenty of space to move about and even a table to play cards at in addition to the desk. The toilet and shower are separate from the double (!) sink.
The pool was closed. My fault for not realizing that even though it says its heated, it's still not open in winter. Also, the fire pits did not give off much heat. After waiting 10 mins for someone to turn it on, we only stayed 10 mins due to being cold.
Close to restaurants and hot springs.
This was not a 3 star hotel.
The room was great. Very clean. Great location as well.
Front desk employee wasn't the friendliest. Made it seem like i was inconvinincing her.
Location is great
The air conditioning went on and off continuously and the COVID 19 bag breakfast was marginal.
Lots of bugs in the room.
