The hotel room did not feel clean didn't look very clean there was no soap in the dispensers for the shower for either your body or hair. The hallway smelled of exhaust fumes from all the laundry they do all day long down the main floor that Iwonderedif the had a gas leak. The beds were not very comfortable. The shower water was tepid I could not get it hotter than barely warm. There were no toiletries that some hotels usually provide. We had barely one little bar soap. So when we went to take a shower and found out we had no body wash we had to use the tiny little hand soap. Then we were so busy that day we did not have a chance to leave a note with the desk about it. I let them know when I left but I don't think they will fix it. The carpet felt dirty I didn't even want to check the beds for bed bugs because I didn't want to be even more disappointed but I would not stay here ever again. The place was totally overcharged they make it sound like they're the Marriott high end hotel when it was no any better than a Quality Inn. I would not rate this hotel more than two or three stars at the most. Then there was charges for parking and there was no free breakfast and when you went to The Bistro to get something it cost $30 for two coffees and two little tiny muffins. It was a ridiculous hotel and I would never ever stay there again. I would look elsewhere I would have booked at the Great Western or somewhere else but we were in a very rushed trip situation so I didn't shop around much and I assumed since it was a "Marriott" that it would be nice I was sadly mistaken. It was an overpriced mediocre hotel.

The person on duty the night we checked in was by far the most rude hotel worker I have ever met in my life. We were stunned. We would not stay at this property again just because of that person.
