After work just wanted to get some rest watch tv, but channel selection doesnt match whats actually showing horrible channel selections. Hot tub water level was low not being filtered, I didnt use it because of that.

We loved the location and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were also above our expectations for being included. We enjoyed out time there.

What we disliked was the parking situation. Unfortunately there's not much that can be done about that. When we returned from the hot springs in the evening, we had to circle many times to get a spot that was very tight.

This hotel had a fantastic breakfast. The room was also very nice. The upgraded shower was also unexpected. The staff was exceptional.

The manager of the hotel was beyond amazing. She helped us through after loosing our car key and provided more help than we could ever ask for. All other staff members were amazing and very helpful + kind as well.
