Bugs in the bed. When I addressed this to staff at the front desk, she refused to give us a different roomeven with a slight smile on her face. We got our things and left at midnight and staff refused to give us a refund. This hotel is a scam.
Positives:
Breakfast was great. So was the location. Staff on checking in was ok. Night staff preferred to talk to one another rather than address our questions. Pool and hot tub were great.
Negatives:
The cost was ridiculous! The other Marriott Residence Inns I have been too are much more plush (Wisconsin). Our room was small for us. I accidentally didn't book the motel through Marriott.com, so the Loyalty Group refused me my points. My total bill came to $650.00!

Beautiful room and beautiful location. View of the hot springs. Clean big bed and nice bathroom

My only issue is the lady at the front desk upgraded our room without asking us and then proceeded to try and charge us for it upon our check out. I did not ask for an upgrade, I was fine with the room I chose and wouldnt have agreed to an upgrade if I knew I would be charged for it. I thought people still just did things out of the kindness of their hearts.
