Positives:
The private bedroom suite is priced right and works well if you are traveling with kids and want to have a little alone time with the wife. The breakfast is very good and has quite a bit of variety. The staff was friendly. The room is good sized but a bit dated.
Negatives:
The location is right beside the interstate and so there is some traffic noise especially noticeable late at night. The window in our room faced the interstate, so it was louder than had there been an insulated wall. The bathroom ventilation is not great either. There was only one TV remote in the room and we had a TV in the common area and the bedroom. Fortunately the TV remote worked for both TVs, but it was aggravating to switch between both rooms. Lastly, the first desk clerk we checked in with messed up our room key cards and we got all the way to our 3rd floor room with our luggage on the other side of the property and found out none of our key cards worked, so we had to leave our luggage there and get that straightened out. The 2nd clerk handled it and it was fixed fairly promptly.

This location is right next to the highway giving us easy access to get to Winter Park in an hour.
Negatives:
The noise from the freeway was the only thing we did not like.

We will definitely return.

We ended up staying one night because the highway was closed and we couldn't get to our ski resort. For a small hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean, new and friendly it was. The breakfast was fantastic and included in the already affordable price.

hot tub was broken, tv was not working, tub drain was broken, hot chocolate machine was broken. When we found out about the hot tub, we asked if we could be refunded before we checked in. The manager, was rude and declined our request.

Loved the location was pretty close to everything parking wasnt to bad the room had a decent layout and a nice hot tub

The water was cold in the shower door had 3 in gap on the bottom needed a towel to cover gap door was hard to shut

Your hotel is so unsafe your own front desk worker stated she would never have her own children there and yet you guys refuse to refund my money when I never even checked in because of the safety concerns!? Do not book this hotel you will regret it!!
