The breakfast was good and the staff courteous and helpful.

The room was much smaller than expected, but we managed. The "sofa" did not fold out into a bed. The toilet seat shifted and made a noise like it was breaking if you leaned to the left. The sliding bathroom door with the latch in the middle was awful! The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

We really like the fact that this is in Golden and a straight shot to I-70. No traffic to deal with getting on to the freeway. It has some shopping close by if you forget something.
Negatives:
We were initially given a room that might once have been a storage room. No chair, very narrow, no closet, no vanity in the bathroom. We asked them to move us and they did -- to a room adjacent to the elevators which groaned and pinged all night. Sleepless.

One step above camping in...

Everyone there was so kind. They treated my son (colton w )who was staying there like he was family. And they really watched out for he and his dog. The hotel was beautiful, it was accommodating, and it had a friendly safe atmosphere.

The staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were the best part. The days we went the temp was in the negatives and the pool had to be about 95 degrees and the hot tub had to be about 104 degrees. This hotel has by far the best indoor pool/hot tub.

The breakfast was not that great and the pillows were very flat.
