Positives: The sheets were almost clean but there were hairs on the bed.

Negatives: The pricing is not made clear. Everything is an add on. It cost $12 to park?!?! The lady at the front desk said when I checked in that the $25 incidental fee would fall off my bill if I didn't use the incidentals in the room. But she conveniently left out the fact that parking is $12 of that $25 incidental fee. There was no microwave in the room. I had to heat my food in the lobby by the front desk. Booking.com showed breakfast was included, but there was no continental breakfast. The "breakfast" was a separate fee at the hotel restaurant. I wish this information had been advertised so I'd have known they nickel and dimed you for literally everything. Almost $150 for one night and no breakfast included. Such a shame.

Negatives: Asked about a pet fee told no fee just complete a paper (actually 50.00) then self-parkingfee 12.00. Stupid considering your on a frontage road off a I70 and no security. The bed we slept in sloped to the left top made me dizzy.

Positives: Staff was nice when we checked in.

Negatives: Room was filthy!!! Walking across the carpet made your socks dirty. There was a big grease stain in front of the dresser. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you held down the handle. Also, we found leftover clothes in the dresser.

Negatives: Front desk lady argued with me over the additional $12 self parking fee which makes you sign a disclosure that they have no liability as they allow airport parking. So I pay to park my own car in an unsecured lot. Front desk lady was rude.
