Negatives: The television system was difficult to use. There seemed to be no good way to know which channels we could watch until seeing the 'unauthorized' screen. Spectrum does not seem user friendly.

Negatives: Next to the interstate and very noisy. I got us moved to the other side of the building but it wasn't a suite like I paid for. The person in line ahead of me at check in was getting moved to the other side also.

Positives: The staff was great. The man who fixed our TV was kind, timely, and professional. The lady at the front desk taught me how to find my phone using my Apple Watch. They were both warm and friendly which is so uncommon any more. Great staff!
Negatives: Based on the website, I thought breakfast was complimentary. The voucher thing was a definite negative.

Negatives: They were not able to provide a roll away bed, so my son had to sleep on the floor.

Positives: The hotel was nice enough in appearance and fairly clean, but not really 3.5 Star special. Very small bathroom with low ceiling. Extra to park your vehicle - that's a first for me.
Negatives: This is the first time I've ever been charged an additional amount to park at a hotel where I have rented a room. Signs everywhere claiming how clean they are, but shower was dirty. Bathroom was very tiny - I actually hit my head on the shower ceiling.

Positives: Nothing special.
Negatives: Room didnÂ't have sufficient air flow. Very dark. Still used glass drinking glassware. No sugar-free coffee creamer, no half and half. Whatever they used for extra cleaning smelled awful and penetrated the bedding. Made sleeping difficult.

Positives: Nice size room , Room lay out was nice .
Negatives: Room smelled like old crab meat. Television was horrible , we told them and they never followed up. Towels were to small. you would think paying over $---- an night things would be right or the hotel would either fix or comp the room.
