Convenient, clean, and staff was helpful and professional.
Negatives:
Room was very dated and worn. Cabinet finishes were wearing off, paint chipping off walls, refrigerator in unit had very loud compressor ( like it was wearing out), carpet near bathroom was frayed, tub was stained, shower curtain was frayed , couch badly stained. The owner/ mgmt of this property needs to invest the money to get this property up to par.

The pool was unavailable but they said we could use the pool next door at the courtyard. Not really that bad, only negative thing I could come up with.

Location close to the park. Also, it was great to have a full size refrigerator in our room. Lemon water in the lobby.

The dishwasher in our room was broken. The computers in the business center were also on the fritz. The Hotel is on a busy road and traffic can sometimes be loud at night. The buttons for the elevator were always gross looking, slimey from greasy fingers
