Did not like the lack of anyone in the office. Just some sketchy guy running around the property getting towels etc. There were several of us trying to get into our rooms and hadn't gotten our room assignments and codes via text.

The check in process was confusing, the room was still being cleaned past the check in time, cleanliness was not great, especially in the bathroom.

Location near RMNP was perfect. Also, close to the village for meals.

A couple bugs in the room, could have been cleaner. Walls are super thin enough to hear conversations next door. But overall, for the price, it was all fine.

No trash can, Kleenex, smoke alarms. Dirty coffee maker, not enough coffee for a one pot. No staff on site, inability to change reservation days before we arrived (number of people changed). Thermostat cover broken and fell off leaving live electricity.

The bed was very hard and the curtains were too thin to block out the light from the hotel sign. The cold water did not work in the sink. The outlets were wiggly and one by the fridge was missing the plug, lucky I did not get electrocuted.
